Our Return/Exchange Policy:

All items submitted for returns must be returned within 30 days of recieving them and will be inspected to insure damged was done to your item. We will review and issue refunds or exchange of vailid items within 2 business days of recieving the item(s) we know how frustrating broken stones can be and we take pride in our packaging to ensure your item(s) get to you in the same condition it left our facilities but mistakes happen and we guarantee 100% regund or full or higher value replacement at no extra cost to you.
